Custom-made scoliosis braces are designed to provide support and correct posture, relieving discomfort and promoting daily well-being. Made with hypoallergenic materials, they combine artisanal precision and advanced technology to ensure an optimal fit. Each brace is crafted according to medical recommendations and individual needs.
We take the patient’s measurements for a custom-made brace, ensuring precision and a perfect fit.
We test the brace on the patient, making adjustments to ensure effectiveness and comfort.

The process begins with a 3D scan of the torso, from which we obtain a stylized digital mold for adjustments.
The file is processed using the OrtIS Essential CNC milling machine by Roboticom, which creates a physical polyurethane mold that is manually refined. The selected plastic material is then thermoformed and assembled.
After a trial on the patient, we refine details such as heights and pressure points to ensure correction and comfort.
The scoliosis brace supports the spine and corrects its curvature, improving posture and relieving symptoms.
The duration varies based on medical prescription, but it is usually recommended to wear it for 18-23 hours per day.
