IMAR was founded in Pescara in 1969 as a sole proprietorship by the couple Irene and Raffaele Di Franco. The company is primarily focused on the marketing of healthcare products.
In 1974, Mr. Raffaele earned his diploma as an Orthopedic Mechanical Technician from the Galileo Galilei Technical Industrial Institute in Milan, enabling him to diversify his orthopedic business. In 1987, Morena, Mr. Raffaele’s daughter who had graduated from the Fleming School of Health Arts in Ancona, joined the business to address the diverse needs of the clientele. This marked a radical transformation from a small enterprise to a fully-fledged corporate organization.
In 1992, Mrs. Irene graduated from the Venafro School of Health Arts, contributing further experience and expertise to enhance the quality of service provided.
In 2000, the second son, Marco, joined IMAR’s management team after graduating in Orthopedic Techniques from the University of Pavia. On November 17, 2016, recognized as a Historical Business.
